The information you enter here is recorded by Mixelligence, the data controller, to open your payment page, create your account and send you your invoices. You may ask to access it, to have it corrected or to have it erased.

Legal basis, retention, recipients and how to exercise your rights

  • Retention period: 3 years after the end of our commercial relationship.
  • Recipients: our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, storage of requests), listed one by one in our privacy policy, with their country and the transfer framework where the transfer takes place outside the European Union.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. To exercise them, write to contact@mixelligence.fr, or file your request from the My account page of your client area if you have an account, a screen served in French for now: the request receives an identifier and a date, and you can follow its status. Answer within 30 days either way.
  • If you disagree, you may refer the matter to the French CNIL.

7-day trial with a payment card. You are not charged for the subscription during the trial. You can cancel from your account before the trial ends; otherwise, the subscription becomes paid. Assisted setup, if you choose it, is paid for when you sign up.

Guided setup is included: you answer the initial questions and connect your accounts step by step. If you set up your team yourself, your 7-day trial starts when you sign up. If you choose assisted setup, you pay for it when you sign up, and your 7-day trial starts once your team is ready to work.
