  • Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention period: 30 days, as this demonstration asks for no email address.
  • Recipients: our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, storage of requests), listed one by one in our privacy policy, with their country and the transfer framework where the transfer takes place outside the European Union.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. To exercise them, write to contact@mixelligence.fr, or file your request from the My account page of your client area if you have an account, a screen served in French for now: the request receives an identifier and a date, and you can follow its status. Answer within 30 days either way.
  • If you disagree, you may refer the matter to the French CNIL.
