Part of your AI team
Julie follows up on your quotes
Sales · she tracks every deal through to your decision
No sales opportunity goes cold for lack of a follow-up.
No commitment. The sequence stops when you report the customer’s reply, and nothing goes out that you have not switched on or approved.
A salesperson in that role: 2,900 € per month. Julie is included in the offer, with the whole team.

How Julie picks a prospect
- 1Prospect found: she searches by trade and by town.
- 2Criteria checked: Julie measures the listing she found against your own criteria.
- 3Reason written out: she says what her opening line rests on, or what was missing.
- 4Message prepared: a first message and its two follow-ups, in your voice.
- 5Follow-through: you approve on the review screen, then Julie sends and runs the follow-ups.
- 6Every deal has a stage, from “to contact” to “won”: you move them between stages, Julie moves them forward, and Rilo flags the ones that are waiting.
What Julie will never do
These are not features coming later: they are limits set by design.
- Negotiate a price with your customer
- Grant a discount, even a token one
- Commit your business to a contract
- Change a quote on your behalf
What if the AI gets it wrong?
No role on your AI team has a blank cheque. Each one has a defined scope, its own rules and actions it is not allowed to take. When something is missing or a request falls outside that scope, it stops and asks you rather than inventing an answer.
Your side of the work
- At the start : you teach it about your business.
- From then on : the team works from that shared memory.
- Day to day : you step in only where a decision is yours to make.

Frequently asked questions
Is Julie included in my subscription?
Yes, she comes with the offer, with no add-on and no hidden sales quota.
Does she send the messages for me?
It depends on the mission, and each one says which on this page. Quote follow-ups go out on their own once you have switched the follow-up on, and they stop as soon as the quote changes status. For outreach, you approve every message on the review screen: after that Julie sends, and runs the follow-ups.
Can she work from my existing customer list?
Not by importing a file: Mixelligence has no screen for importing a list. Julie works from the contacts already known in your space, the ones from your quotes, your appointments and the requests received through your website, which you find under “Contacts”.
What if someone no longer wants to be contacted?
Every message carries the means to say so, and that refusal holds for the whole team, for good. It is spelled out from the very first contact, and data retention is limited.
How does she know what to write for my trade?
From your brand profile: your tone, what you sell, what you refuse to say. It is the shared memory of the whole team.
Go further: the quote itself is prepared by Léa before Julie follows it up, and the page How it works shows what goes out after your click and what goes out on its own once you have switched it on. To see your team prepare a first piece of work from your own business, try the demo.
