How it works

How your team works

You describe what you want to obtain. Rilo, the director of your team, suggests the specialist who can take it on and explains why.

Rilo, the director of your team

From your request to the delivered work

  1. You write what you want, in your own words. Rilo compares your request with the trades of your team and tells you if no specialist can take it on.

  2. The specialist depends on the request. Here, the quote follow-up goes to Julie, sales. On another mission, the review summary goes to Lucas, marketing.

  3. You confirm with one click: the mission is entrusted to the specialist. Without this confirmation, it is not created.

  4. You find what your team has done on the mission, in order, and see when a decision from you is needed.

  5. When a detail is missing to do the job well, the mission stops and the question is put to you, instead of being guessed. Your answer picks it up where it stopped.

  6. When a mission is waiting for your decision, you read the delivered work, then you approve or decline it. The mission ends with your decision, kept in its history. A summary or an information update is delivered to you directly.

You describe your business in your space, without describing it again for each task.

Rilo’s role in detail (French)

Five specialists, one trade each

An assistant answers when you ask it something. Your team receives an objective, decides itself who handles it, and stops to ask you for what it is missing rather than guessing.

Julie

Sales

Julie prepares your follow-up messages using the information available in your file. You review them, edit them if needed, then send them yourself from your email account. This task prepares the message; it does not send it.

  • Your contacts and their conversations
  • Your deals and their next steps

What goes out, and what does not

Your team prepares. What goes out to your clients and your prospects follows one of these three rules, and Rilo does not send anything himself.

Goes out after your click

The work is ready; nothing goes out before you confirm.

  • Prospecting emails, reviewed in the review screen, then sent from your mailbox.
  • The quote, which you send yourself once reviewed.
  • A reply from Emma’s queue, approved before it is passed on.
  • A post on your social networks, when you press the button.

Goes out on its own, within the limits you have set

You switch it on once; you can stop it.

  • Emma’s replies on your website chat, from what you have taught her. Outside her scope, she hands over to you.
  • The follow-ups of a quote, at the stages you have switched on, until it is accepted or declined.
  • The prospecting follow-ups that come after a message you have approved.
  • The confirmation and the reminder of a booked appointment, then the review request if you have switched it on.

Does not go out from here: you do it yourself

The text is ready; you copy it where it needs to go.

  • Private messages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn.
  • Replies to your Google reviews, which you post on Google.
  • The newsletter Lucas writes: you send it to your clients.
  • The texts from your trade assistant.

Your missions are all in one place. Each one shows what your team has done, in order, and when a decision from you is needed. Once taken, your decision stays recorded in its history.
