Solutions by need

Start from what you want to achieve

Three needs come up again and again among owners of small businesses: finding clients, seeing each job through to the end, being present on social media. For each one, here is what your team prepares today, what you decide, and what is not offered yet.

Need 1 of 3

Grow your business

You want new clients, without leaving a deal in progress with no follow-up.

The expected result

Prospects found for the trade and city you are targeting, first approaches and follow-ups ready to review, and every deal with its next step.

Step by step

  1. Julie looks for prospects by the trade and city you choose, then prepares the approaches and the follow-ups.
  2. You review each message in the review screen, then you confirm the sending from your connected mailbox. Private messages on social networks are copied and sent by hand.
  3. Your deals are followed in “My deals”. For those waiting for a follow-up, Julie prepares up to three messages, which you send yourself.
  4. Your contacts keep their exchanges and their quotes, so you know where to pick up a business relationship.
  5. Lucas advises you on your search visibility and draws up the diagnosis of your Google listing from the information you confirm to him.

What you need

  • The trade and city of the prospects you are targeting.
  • The identity of your campaign and your signature.
  • Your connected mailbox, only for sending: Gmail, Microsoft 365 or an SMTP address.
Illustrative example, not a client case

A florist wants to work with the reception venues in her city. Julie looks for these venues, prepares a first approach for each one, then the follow-ups. The florist reviews each message, corrects it if needed and confirms the sending from her own mailbox.

Not offered yet

  • Automatic detection of replies: you mark that a prospect has replied, and their follow-ups stop.
  • Connection to an external CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Management of your Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Reading your Search Console, Google Analytics or Business Profile statistics.

No number of new clients is guaranteed. Nothing goes out to your prospects before you confirm it in the review screen.

Need 2 of 3

See each job through

You want to answer your clients, send clear quotes and follow each appointment through to the review.

The expected result

Replies to your clients based on the information you have approved, quotes priced and followed up, appointments booked online and a review request after the job.

Step by step

  1. Emma answers questions on your website chat, from the information you have given her. What falls outside her scope arrives in her queue, and you decide on the reply.
  2. You prepare the quote with your services, quantities and prices. It is calculated, can be downloaded as a PDF, and you are the one who triggers its sending.
  3. If you switch them on, the quote follow-ups go out at three, seven and fourteen days. They stop when the quote is accepted or declined, or when you stop them.
  4. Your clients book a slot online. The confirmation, then a reminder before the appointment, reach them by email.
  5. After the appointment, if you switch it on, an email asks your client for a review with the link you have chosen.
  6. Emma prepares a reply to each of your Google reviews. You copy it and post it yourself on Google.

What you need

  • The information about your business that you approve for Emma.
  • Your services, quantities and prices, for each quote.
  • Your bookable slots and the link to your Google reviews.
  • Your Google listing, connected once.
Illustrative example, not a client case

A plumber receives a question on his website chat. Emma answers from what he has taught her and passes on to him what falls outside her scope. He prepares the quote with his lines and his prices, sends it, then the follow-ups go out at the stages he has switched on. A few days after the job, an email asks his client for a review.

Not offered yet

  • Electronic signature, deposits, invoices and payment collection.
  • Sync with Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Emma reading your incoming emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Phone answering.

Quotes and the calendar are modules of your space: you enter your amounts and your slots there, and your team infers none of them. The chat is set up, switched on and installed on your website in three separate steps.

Need 3 of 3

Your presence on social media

You want to post regularly, in your own voice, without writing every post yourself.

The expected result

Posts prepared in your voice, which you review, then published on your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok accounts when you decide.

Step by step

  1. You describe your brand once: your tone, what sets you apart and the rules to follow.
  2. Hugo prepares your posts and their captions, in your voice.
  3. You review each text and adjust it before publishing.
  4. You connect your accounts once, then you publish the media of your choice when you press the button.

What you need

  • Your tone, what sets you apart and what must never be written.
  • The photos or videos to publish.
  • A Facebook Page, a professional Instagram account or a TikTok account, connected from your space.
Illustrative example, not a client case

A restaurant describes its menu, its tone and what it never wants to read. Hugo prepares the posts for the week: dish of the day, behind the scenes, an evening to come. The owner adjusts a text, chooses the photo and publishes on Instagram from their space.

Not offered yet

  • Delayed scheduling of your posts.
  • Reading the comments on your social networks.
  • Publishing on LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube.

Writing a text requires no connection. Connecting a network does not allow Rilo or Hugo to publish without you: you are the one who presses the button.
