The story
In the morning, you open. You serve your customers, you answer the phone, you handle the emergencies. In the evening, you close. And somewhere in between, a small voice reminds you of what you already know:
You should be posting. You should be prospecting. You should follow up that customer who never replied.
But when? With what energy? The day is already full, and marketing is not your craft. So the week goes by. Then the month. And meanwhile, competitors who are not as good as you take the place, simply because they are visible and you are not.
The other option you know as well: an agency. Except an agency is a large-company budget. And an independent has neither that budget, nor the time to manage a supplier.
