Who it hands over to

  • Emma hands her the appointmentAvailable today

Emma offers the slot in the conversation; as soon as your customer books, Léa holds the rest: confirmation, reminder, follow-up, cancellation.

  • She passes the quote to JulieAvailable today

A quote that went out and got no reply enters Julie’s follow-ups, if you have switched them on.

  • To you, as soon as a decision commits the businessAvailable today

The price, the sending, the acceptance: she prepares it, she puts it in front of you, she waits.

Léa knows how to prepare. Léa is not allowed to commit your business.

  1. 1Your customer books a slot at 11 pm. Léa confirms within the minute, lets you know, and the time is held. She spoke on her own, and she promised nothing more than an hour you had already opened.
  2. 2The appointment is coming up. Léa sends the reminder without asking you. She communicates on her own: a reminder commits nothing.
  3. 3Your customer cancels through their own link. Léa frees the slot up and tells you. She tidies, she does not chase: deciding to go back to that customer is yours.
  4. 4You put a quote together. Léa works out the totals, the VAT, the number, builds the PDF, then stops. The quote stays a draft until you click. She will never send it of her own accord.
  5. 5Your customer replies to say yes. Léa ticks nothing. Accepting a quote is a signature: you are the one who carries it, never her.

What Léa will never do

These are not features coming later: they are limits set by design.

  • Negotiate a price with your customer
  • Approve a quote in your place
  • Send a document without your approval
  • Change an amount

What if the AI gets it wrong?

No role on your AI team has a blank cheque. Each one has a defined scope, its own rules and actions it is not allowed to take. When something is missing or a request falls outside that scope, it stops and asks you rather than inventing an answer.

Your side of the work

  • At the start : you teach it about your business.
  • From then on : the team works from that shared memory.
  • Day to day : you step in only where a decision is yours to make.

The three statuses

  • Available today
  • Set up with you at onboarding
  • In development

And who decides

Common questions

Is Léa included in my subscription?

Yes, she comes with the rest of the team, with no add-on and no hidden quota.

Does she track my invoices and chase unpaid ones?

No, and we would rather say it than let you believe otherwise: invoicing does not exist in the product today. Léa works on your quotes and on your calendar. A quote that went out and got no reply does get followed up, but Julie is the one who does that.

Can she send a quote on my behalf?

She prepares all of it (line items, totals, VAT, number, PDF on your letterhead), then she stops there. The quote stays a draft until you click. You are the one who decides it goes out.

Can she make up an amount?

Never. The prices and the descriptions are yours, line by line. Léa does the arithmetic, the VAT and the layout. She adds no figure you have not written.

What happens when a customer books a slot?

They pick an hour among those you have opened. Léa confirms it to them, lets you know, sends the reminder when less than 48 hours remain, and checks in after the job if you have set it up that way. If they cancel through their own link, the slot is freed and you are told.

Emma takes appointments too, doesn’t she?

Emma offers a slot in the conversation, when a visitor asks for one: she captures the request. Everything else (the confirmation, the reminder, the follow-up, the cancellation) is Léa’s work. Only one of them holds the calendar.

Can she accept a quote for me if the customer says yes?

No. Accepting a quote is a signature: you are the one who carries it. She tells you the quote is waiting on an answer, and you tick “accepted” or “declined”.

Go further: a quote that goes out and gets no reply is followed up by Julie, once you have switched the follow-ups on. To see your team prepare a first piece of work from your own business, try the demo.
