You do not need to come up with the ideas

  1. 1A photo of your work, two words to say what it is: one post ready for each network, written to the codes of each.
  2. 2A customer leaves you a good review: Hugo turns it into a post, without ever naming them.
  3. 3A question keeps coming up with your customers: it becomes a piece of content that answers it publicly.
  4. 4A week when nothing new has happened: Hugo still finds an angle, and avoids the ones he has already used.

What Hugo will never do

These are not features coming later: they are limits set by design.

  • Post anything without your approval
  • Name a customer in a post
  • Invent a review, or put words in a customer’s mouth that they never wrote
  • Remake your photo: what you show stays what you photographed

What if the AI gets it wrong?

No role on your AI team has a blank cheque. Each one has a defined scope, its own rules and actions it is not allowed to take. When something is missing or a request falls outside that scope, it stops and asks you rather than inventing an answer.

Your side of the work

  • At the start : you teach it about your business.
  • From then on : the team works from that shared memory.
  • Day to day : you step in only where a decision is yours to make.

The three statuses

  • Available today
  • Set up with you at onboarding
  • In development

Frequently asked questions

Is Hugo included in my subscription?

Yes, in the subscription, with the whole team, with no add-on and no hidden quota.

How do I get my content?

Every Monday, your week of content arrives by email: posts for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, written in your tone, ready to review. You post what you want, when you want.

Does he post on his own?

No, never. Nothing goes out without a gesture from you: it is a design guarantee, not a setting that could be switched off. You post from your dashboard, to the accounts you have connected.

How does he avoid repeating the same subjects?

He reads back what you have posted before writing: the subjects of your last six weeks and the copy of your last five posts. A subject already covered only comes back from a clearly different angle.

Can he draw on my Google reviews?

Yes, from four stars up, and only if you have declared that your industry is not subject to advertising rules. Until you have answered that question, he leaves them alone. And he never names a customer.

Does he work with my WordPress site?

Hugo writes for your social networks, not for your website. You can connect your WordPress site from “My social accounts” to drop your articles there as drafts: publishing stays under your control, and compatibility depends on your WordPress setup. For your website’s search visibility, Lucas ranks your priorities from the information you give him.

What about videos?

That is not his craft. Hugo writes; videos are made in the Video Studio, which has a screen of its own.
