What is Rilo for?
Rilo is your way in to the team. You do not manage five agents, you run a business: Rilo takes care of the rest. He knows each one’s trade, takes what you ask for in your own words, hands the work to the one whose role it is, and only brings back to you what truly falls to you. He decides how the work is organised. Never how your business is run.
How does Rilo turn an objective into work for the team?
You write what you want to achieve, in one sentence: follow up on my unanswered quotes. Rilo recognises the intent, names the agent whose trade it is, and shows you his choice with its reason before anything is committed. You confirm, the work starts. No form, no vocabulary to learn.
How does Rilo decide which agent should step in?
By trade, not by words. Each agent declares what it can do, and Rilo reads that declaration before choosing: your quotes go to Julie because sales follow-up is her role, your reviews to Lucas because reputation is his. A request outside the team’s trades is turned down, with its reason, rather than handed to someone who would pretend.
What happens when a decision from you is needed?
The mission stops before anything further happens, and Rilo puts it in front of you. Each mission carries a level, inherited from what the agent is allowed to do alone: anything that commits your business, a price, a message to a customer, stops before it goes out. You read what has been prepared, you approve or you decline. Nothing goes out while you think it over. And if a detail is missing to do the job well, the mission stops and the question is put to you, rather than guessed.
How do you know a mission is finished?
It shows its status and keeps its result. You find what the agent noticed, what it produced, what it suggests next. A mission with nothing to work on says so too, with its figure: two deals in the pipeline, none waiting for a message today. That is a result, not a breakdown. You never have to guess whether something was done.
What information does Rilo pass on to the agents?
Your request, in your words, without rewording. The rest, each agent fetches itself from what you described once about your business, according to what its trade entitles it to know. You never explain your trade again.
What happens when a mission cannot continue?
It stops and says why, plainly. No silent retry, no rough result to save face. You read the reason and what it would take to resume. A team that tells you when it could not work is a team you believe when it says it has worked.
