📣Publishing tool guide

Write a ready-to-publish post

The Publishing tool writes a ready-to-publish social post for you from your topic. You will find it in your Client area, via Dashboard, then Trade Assistant.

Good to know. The trade Assistant is included from the Starter plan (the Solo plan gives access to the editorial kit only). Each generation uses 1 of your plan's monthly quota.

1

Open the trade Assistant and select your trade

Go to your Client area, via Dashboard, then Trade Assistant. First, select your trade from the list and click Save. This is what lets the agent write with the vocabulary and tone of your industry.

Tip. The quota counter at the top shows how many generations you have left this month. Each generation uses one, whatever the tool.

2

Choose the "Publishing" tab

In the trade Assistant, open the Publishing tab. Each tab is a dedicated writing tool.

3

Give your topic or brief

Explain in a few words what you want to publish: the topic (a new item, a promo, a behind-the-scenes), the target network and the tone you want. No need to write it out, the agent turns your brief into a full post.

Your brief

New batch of chocolate cookies, available Saturday morning. For Instagram.

The suggested post

"Weekend is calling! 🍪 New batch of chocolate cookies Saturday morning, still warm at opening. Shall we save you the first ones? #cookies #homemade"

Tip. Specify the network (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn): the agent adapts the length, style and hashtags to the platform.

4

Generate the variants

Click Generate. The agent gives you several variants in seconds, so you can pick the one that sounds most like you.

Tip. Not sold on a variant? It is only a starting point, you will be able to adjust it in the next step.

5

Copy, regenerate or adjust the tone

Once you have spotted the right variant, you can:

  • Copy the text in one click.
  • Regenerate for new suggestions.
  • Adjust the tone: shorter, warmer, more direct.

All that is left is to use the text, by pasting it into your Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn post.

Tip. You always have the final say. Nothing is sent or published automatically, the agent prepares the text, you decide when and where to use it.

Bonus tips

1

One post, one goal

Tell the agent what you want (inform, bring people in, sell). A post with a clear goal works better than a message trying to say everything at once.

2

Match the network

Specify the target network (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Tone, length and hashtags do not play the same from one platform to another.

3

Add a call to action

End with a simple invitation (book, comment, come see us). That turns a nice post into a concrete result.

4

Stay yourself

Adjust the tone until you find your own way of talking. On social, authenticity drives more engagement than a post that is too polished.
