Create and send a pro quote

The Quotes tool lets you create a real priced quote, generate a pro PDF, email it to your client and track its status, all without leaving your space. You will find it in your Client area, via Dashboard, then Quotes (Billing).

Good to know. The Quotes tool is available on the Pro and Agency plans.

Fill in your billing settings

To do only once. Fill in your company name, your name, address, email and SIRET (14 digits). Then choose your VAT status.

  • VAT franchise: the mention "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" is added automatically, no VAT is calculated.
  • VAT-registered: you set your VAT rate.

Click Save.

Tip. Without this information, your identity (the sender) does not appear at the top of the quote. Fill it in before creating your first quote.

Create a quote

Click + New quote. Fill in the client details (name, email, address), then add your lines.

  • Description (required), Quantity, Unit price excl. VAT.
  • + Add a line for other services.
  • Tick Apply VAT on this quote if needed (the choice is made per quote).
  • Set the Validity (in days) and the Notes / terms.

The total excl. VAT, the VAT and the total incl. VAT are calculated automatically. Click Create quote.

Tip. ALWAYS put a description on each line. Without a description, the line is ignored and the total stays at 0.

Download the PDF

In the My quotes list, click ⬇ PDF. The pro document contains your SENDER block, the RECIPIENT, the lines, the totals and the legal mentions ("Bon pour accord", validity period, VAT mention).

Tip. The PDF is always regenerated up to date, there is no cache. You get the exact version of your quote on every download.

Send the quote by email to the client

Click ✉ Send to client. The email goes to the client with the PDF attached, and a confirmation message Sent ✓ appears. The quote status automatically switches to Sent.

Tip. Check that the client email is filled in and valid before sending, this is the address that will receive the quote.

Track the quote status

Each quote has a status menu. You change it manually via the coloured dropdown next to the quote, to see at a glance where each one stands.

  • Draftin preparation, not yet sent
  • Sentsent to the client, awaiting a reply
  • Acceptedthe client has approved the quote
  • Declinedthe client is not going ahead

Tip. Switch a quote to "Accepted" as soon as the client approves, you keep a clear view of what is signed and what still needs a follow-up.

Edit or delete

Click Edit to pick up an existing quote, or Delete to remove a single one. For a faster clean-up, tick several quotes then click Delete selection to remove several at once.

Bonus tips

Automatic numbering

Each quote gets a unique number in the AAAA-NNNN format, reset every year. You have nothing to manage, the sequence stays clean and free of duplicates.

Franchise or VAT-registered

Under the French VAT franchise, the mention "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" is added on its own and no VAT is calculated. When VAT-registered, you set your rate and VAT appears on the quote.

Follow up effortlessly

A quote stuck on "Sent" with no reply? Use the "Quote follow-up" tool in your trade Assistant to write a fair follow-up message, neither weak nor pushy.

Keep your info up to date

If your address, SIRET or VAT status change, update your billing settings. Every future quote automatically picks up the right details.
